SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping at a flat rate of $15.00 per order. Ask us about orders that qualify for free shipping.
3. What are the delivery options? Do you offer expedited shipping?
We currently utilize both FedEx and UPS as shipping for our items. This qualifies as our expedited shipping for our customers. In certain situations, we may utilize UPS due to the size of some orders. You will be notified if UPS is used instead of FedEx for your order for any reason.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email and/or text message with the tracking number when it is ready, Tracking will generally be updated 2-3 business days after your order have been processed and filled**. Orders are processed typically 48-72 hours once order has been placed.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on our items and customers will have two (2) days to initiate a return request from the date you received the item(s). Thus, we encourage you to inspect your order upon reception immediately and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
To initiate a return, please log into your account, and request a return from the order details page or simply contact us via email. Once we have examined your request, we will notify you whether the return is eligible. You will receive our response within three (3) business days. If your request has been approved, we will send you the return address and other detailed information so that you can ship back the item(s). You need to arrange your own shipping and pay the return shipping fee. At this time, exchanges are not offered on our items.
Items must be deemed defective and vary from the customer's desired purchase set forth in order to be eligible for a return/refund.

- All original packaging/shoeboxes have no signs of damage/creases.

Item(s) must be shipped to us within three (3) days after we approve your request. You also need to provide us with tracking information for follow-up and confirmation so your refund can be processed.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you via email. We will initiate the refund process within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund. If more than ten (10) business days have passed since we processed your refund, please contact your bank or contact us at info@blackhandboutique.com for assistance.
